Project Summary: PTI has completed a project to deploy its proprietary diversity diagnostic, InclusionIndex™, across 500 staff at HM Prison Wandsworth.

Business Issue: The Prison wanted to investigate the diversity issues amongst certain grades and within certain minority groups in the workforce.

PTI Action: PTI deployed InclusionIndex across all prison staff via paper and online surveys. We then analysed the results and fed back to the senior leadership team.

Business Result: The InclusionIndex diagnostic was able to uncover some previously hidden diversity dynamics in the workforce, which in turn informed the organisation's people strategy and related policy development. HM Prison Wandsworth benefitted greatly from the comprehensive 3-dimensional insight produced by InclusionIndex and as a result of the project, the organisation was able to monitor with much more precision the issues and challenges faced by minority groups within its employee base.
