Business Issue: Hewlett Packard Ireland required all senior managers to complete diversity awareness training and, in the face of strong competition, PTI won the tender to deliver the training in 2008.
PTI Action: Following the training needs analysis and design phases, PTI successfully delivered the training to over 200 senior managers with excellent results.
Business Result: The feedback received from participants was some of the most positive in PTI's history and the workshop is currently being considered for roll out across additional employee groups.
