Project Summary: Strategic advice for the London Development Agency (LDA).

Business Issue: Charged with creating a new Diversity team at the LDA, the Head of Diversity and Equality asked PTI for support in identifying the core purpose and objectives for the D&E team going forward and identify how the team’s objectives impact other units within the LDA.

PTI Action: As well as designing and delivering a team-building workshop for the D&E team, PTI continues to provide the LDA with strategic support on a number of other important diversity initiatives.

Business Result: As arguably the UK’s most active RDA in Diversity and Inclusion issues, this is recognition of PTI’s particular expertise in appreciating the diversity–related business issues and challenges faced by the Regional Development Agencies.
