Project Summary: Deployment of InclusionIndex across the Walsall PCT workforce.

Business Issue: Walsall PCT wanted to understand more about the feelings and experiences of diverse groups of employees, identify any vulnerable or excluded groups, as well pinpoint areas of good practice.

PTI Action: PTI deployed InclusionIndex™ across all 2,000 staff in Walsall PCT via paper and electronic survey. The data was analysed to ascertain the extent to which different groups in the Trust workforce felt included or excluded by examining practices and behaviours in 10 core areas including leadership, promotion, bullying and harassment and communication.

Business Result: The InclusionIndex tool has allowed Walsall PCT to monitor inclusion for the first time across multiple demographic and geographic groups.
