Project Summary: The Business of Diversity - a one-day seminar for the executive leaders of Time Warner in Europe.

Business Issue: Time Warner wanted to give European executive leaders an appreciation of the compelling legal, moral and business drivers for diversity in Europe, to introduce a toolkit to help them address diversity issues within their own organisations and to provide a relevant example of best practice.

PTI Action: PTI designed and delivered a one-day seminar for all European leaders in Time Warner. The seminar covered the global context for inclusion, provided an overview of the demographic and legislative drivers, discussed inclusive brand building for the various Time Warner businesses and introduced the most recent thought leadership and cutting-edge tools and models around diversity and inclusion.

Business Result: PTI was subsequently invited to address the Time Warner Global HR Conference to discuss inclusion within an HR context. Both the one-day seminar and the conference session received outstanding feedback.
