We also believe in playing devil’s advocate in the area of Diversity, mixing things up a little in order to unearth the real issues and have the real debate. Sometimes, it’s the Diversity debate that people are scared to have and we won’t pretend that our approach has always made clients comfortable. But we believe that this is the only way that change can happen and thankfully, our clients agree with us!
